Shipping & Delivery

We use Royal Mail special delivery to ship goods. Postage costs are as follows:
Items between £0.00 – £24.99: £3.50
Items between £25.00 – £74.99: £5.00
Items between £75.00 – upwards: £10.00

We ship orders on a Tuesday & Thursday. Special delivery items are only guaranteed to arrive the day after dispatch – in some situations this is not the same day as the order is placed. If an order is for a gift or it is essential to receive it within a certain time frame please let us know and we will give it special attention.

Privacy & Security

We do not share any information with third parties. Credit card and payment information is not stored by KK Outlet and all transmissions of sensitive data is made with a secure encrypted connection. Our website uses Google Analytics which uses a cookie that collects anonymous traffic data.

Returns & Replacements

You can return faulty goods you have ordered through the KesselsKramer website for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please send back the items with your payment receipt to:

We offer exchanges in all other circumstances. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements on garments that have been worn or washed. The costs of returning goods to us must be covered by the customer.
